Roof Financing

Pay over time

A new roof shouldn't have to wait for the right month

Almost nobody budgets for a roof replacement. It arrives after a storm, or after a leak finally shows itself on the ceiling — and it arrives as a five-figure number.

Financing exists so the work can happen when the roof needs it rather than when the savings account is ready. We'll give you a free, itemized estimate first, so you know exactly what you'd be financing before you apply for anything.

A roof doesn't wait for a good month

Storm damage and active leaks set their own schedule. Financing lets the work happen now, while the damage is contained, rather than after it has spread into the decking and the ceilings.

Keep your savings where they are

A replacement is a five-figure job. Spreading it over monthly payments means it doesn't take out your emergency fund in one go.

It covers the deductible too

If your claim is approved but the deductible itself is the obstacle, financing is the legal way to solve that. A contractor offering to absorb your deductible is not.

How it works

Four steps, in this order

The estimate always comes first. You should never be applying for finance before you know what the job costs.

1

Free inspection and written estimate

We look at the roof and give you an itemized number first. There's nothing to apply for until you know what the job actually costs.

2

Apply to Service Finance

A short online application through our finance partner, usually answered in minutes. You apply to them directly — we never see your credit file or your financial details.

3

Choose your terms

Service Finance shows you the plans you qualify for, including their promotional options. Pick the monthly payment and term that fits, and read the agreement in full — we'll go through it with you line by line if you want.

4

We schedule the work

Once approved, your roof goes on the schedule. Payments start according to the agreement, not the day we show up.

Two routes

Insurance claim or out of pocket?

If a storm caused the damage, a claim is usually the cheaper route — you pay your deductible and your carrier covers the approved scope. Financing then only needs to cover the deductible, if anything.

If the roof has simply reached the end of its life, insurance won't cover it and financing is how most people handle a replacement. We'll tell you honestly which situation you're in after the inspection — including when a claim isn't worth filing.

They are an approved FHA Title I lender, which is a federal program specifically for property improvements like a roof.

Ask us for today's terms

Rates, term lengths and promotional periods change, and what you are offered depends on what you qualify for. Rather than publish a number here that could be out of date by the time you read it, call (281) 519-6630 and we'll tell you what's available today.
