This policy explains what Americo Roofing Solutions does with the information you give us on this website. We don't sell your details, we don't share them with other roofers, and we don't run advertising trackers on this site.
1.Who we are
Americo Roofing Solutions, 6113 Milwee St, Ste E, Houston, TX 77092. You can reach us on (281) 519-6630 or at sales@americoroofing.com. We are the controller of the information described below.
2.What we collect
Only what you type in, plus the ordinary technical basics:
- Contact and booking forms: your name, phone number, email address, property address, the service you selected, and your preferred inspection date and time window.
- Instant roof estimate: the property address you search for, and — if you ask for the PDF — your name, phone number and email address.
- Server logs: our host records standard request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the site up and to spot abuse.
We do not ask for and do not want your date of birth, Social Security number, bank details or card numbers. Never send those through this website.
3.Why we use it
- To measure the roof you asked us to measure and show you a price.
- To contact you about the inspection or estimate you requested.
- To produce the PDF estimate you asked us to generate.
- To keep records of work we have quoted or carried out.
- To keep the website working and secure.
4.Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers. They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:
- Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions.
- Google Maps Platform powers the address lookup, the roof measurement and the aerial image in the estimator. When you type an address, that address is sent to Google. Google's handling of it is governed by their own privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other contractors, lead brokers or marketing lists.
5.Financing applications
If you choose to apply for financing, you apply directly to our finance partner. Your application, your credit file and your financial details go to them, not to us. We are told whether you were approved and for what amount so that we can schedule the work. See our financing page for who the lender is.
6.Insurance claims
If we help with a storm damage claim, we may share our inspection findings, photographs and measurements with your insurance carrier or their adjuster — with your authorization, and for the purpose of your claim only.
7.Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The roof estimator stores one small item in your browser's local storage so the popup does not reappear on every visit. It contains a date and nothing else, it never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
8.How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to two years so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Records relating to work we actually carried out are kept for as long as the workmanship warranty runs, plus the period required for tax and insurance purposes.
9.Your choices
Call (281) 519-6630 or email sales@americoroofing.com and we will:
- tell you what we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your enquiry, unless we need it for a warranty or legal reason;
- stop contacting you.
Texas residents: we do not sell personal data or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
10.Children
This site is for homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11.Changes
If we change how the site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
