These terms cover your use of this website and the instant roof estimate tool. They are not the contract for the roofing work itself — that is the written agreement you sign before we start.

  1. 1.Agreement to these terms

    By using americoroofing.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please don't use the site. The site is operated by Americo Roofing Solutions, 6113 Milwee St, Ste E, Houston, TX 77092.

  2. 2.The instant estimate is an estimate

    This is the important one. The roof estimate tool measures your roof from third-party aerial imagery and multiplies the result by our published rate per square. It is an approximation produced without anyone visiting your property.

    • It is not a quote, an offer or a contract, and it does not bind either of us.
    • The measurement depends on aerial imagery we do not control, which may be out of date, obscured, or wrong about your property.
    • It assumes tear-off of a single layer. A second or third layer of old shingles, rotten decking, difficult access, or anything else found once the roof is open will change the figure.
    • A free on-site inspection is what turns an estimate into a firm written price.

    Please don't make a financial decision, file a claim, or agree terms with anyone else on the strength of the number this tool gives you.

  3. 3.Information you give us

    Please give us accurate details, including the correct property address. We rely on them to schedule inspections and to measure the right roof. How we handle your information is set out in our privacy policy.

  4. 4.The roofing work itself

    Nothing on this website creates an agreement for roofing work. Scope, price, schedule, payment terms, warranty and everything else are governed by the written contract you sign with us. If anything on this site conflicts with that signed contract, the signed contract controls.

  5. 5.Warranties

    Manufacturer warranties are issued by the manufacturer on their terms, and our workmanship warranty is set out in your contract. Descriptions on our warranties page are summaries for convenience; the warranty documents themselves are what apply.

  6. 6.Financing

    We are a roofing contractor, not a lender or a broker. Financing is provided by a third-party lender, subject to their credit approval, on terms they set and disclose to you. See our financing page.

  7. 7.Insurance claims

    We can inspect your roof, document what we find, and give that documentation to you and to your carrier. We cannot tell you whether your claim will be approved, and we do not adjust claims or act as your public adjuster. Decisions about coverage are your insurer's.

  8. 8.Site content and availability

    Text, photographs, the Americo name and the Americo mark on this site belong to us or to our licensors. Please don't copy them for your own commercial use. Manufacturer names and product marks belong to their owners.

    We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and prices and product details may change.

  9. 9.Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent the law allows, Americo Roofing Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or from reliance on the instant estimate tool. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects your rights under a signed contract with us.

  10. 10.Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Harris County, Texas have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
