Where We Work Across Greater Houston
Greater Houston isn't one market — it's a dozen different ones, from 1960s ranch homes inside the Loop to new-build subdivisions past the Grand Parkway. Here's every area we cover, grouped by region.
Based in Northwest Houston
Our office sits on Milwee St near the intersection of 290, 610 and Hempstead Highway, which keeps most of the metro within a reasonably short drive of home base. That matters more than it sounds: a crew that's driving in from across the region for every callback is a crew that's slower to answer when something needs a second look after the job is done. We keep our routing tight enough that a warranty question or a punch-list item doesn't turn into a two-week wait.
That said, 'Greater Houston' covers a lot of ground, and we've organized the directory below by general region so you can find your area and the cities around it without scrolling through a single flat list.
Housing stock varies block to block
A roof in a tree-shaded, decades-old neighborhood inside the Loop behaves differently than one in a master-planned community west of Katy with newer decking and HOA-governed shingle colors, and differently again from a home a few miles from the bay where salt air and higher wind exposure are part of daily life. Tree cover changes how much debris and shade a roof deals with. Flood history changes what an insurance conversation looks like. HOA rules can affect what shingle colors or materials are approved before you even get a quote.
We don't treat these as footnotes. When we inspect a roof, the neighborhood context — age of the housing stock, tree canopy, proximity to the Gulf or Galveston Bay, whether the area saw flooding during past storms — shapes what we look for and how we explain it to you.

Don't see your neighborhood listed?
This directory grows as we add dedicated pages for more cities and neighborhoods. If your area isn't listed yet, it doesn't mean we don't cover it — contact us with your address, or run our instant roof cost calculator, which measures your roof from aerial imagery regardless of which page you started on.
Frequently asked questions
How far will you travel for a free inspection?
Our office is in Northwest Houston near 290, 610 and Hempstead Highway, and we cover the wider Greater Houston area from there. Drive time varies by neighborhood, but it rarely affects scheduling — ask when you book and we'll give you a straight answer.
Do you serve coastal or bay-area neighborhoods?
Yes, including areas near Galveston Bay and the Ship Channel. Homes closer to the coast face higher wind exposure and, in some designated counties, different windstorm insurance rules, which we can walk you through during an inspection.
Are HOA and master-planned community rules a problem?
Not usually, but they do add a step. Many communities require approval for shingle color or material before installation. We can help you gather what your HOA needs so it doesn't slow down the project.
Want the number before anyone visits?
Type your address and we'll measure the roof from aerial imagery — area, pitch and every facet — then price it at our published rate per square. About fifteen seconds, and we don't need your phone number to show you the number.
