Roofing Services Across Greater Houston

One page, every service. Whether you need a single shingle repaired or a full commercial system replaced, this is where you start — and every service below is backed by a free inspection.

How we approach every service

Roofing work in Houston has to account for things a lot of markets don't: long, humid summers that cook shingles from underneath, spring hail that can bruise a roof without anyone noticing from the ground, and a hurricane season that runs from June through November. Whatever service brought you to this page, the approach underneath it is the same — a free inspection first, an honest answer about what the roof actually needs, and a written scope before anything is scheduled.

We install Owens Corning roofing systems, including Duration shingles with SureNail Technology, RhinoRoof underlayment and VentSure ridge ventilation, and we tear off to the deck rather than roofing over an existing layer. We're licensed, bonded and insured, carrying $5,000,000 in liability coverage, and every roof we install gets a 10-year Americo workmanship warranty in addition to the manufacturer's own materials coverage. See our step-by-step process for how a project actually runs from first call to final walkthrough.

What every project includes

  • A free inspection and written estimate — no cost, no obligation, before you decide anything.
  • Aerial measurement using Nearmap imagery, so quotes are based on your actual roof, not a guess.
  • Tear-off to the deck on replacements, with deck inspection and repair as needed rather than roofing over old material.
  • A scheduled crew tracked through AccuLynx, with most residential replacements completed in one to two days, weather permitting.
  • Cleanup and a magnet sweep of the property before we consider the job done.
  • A final walkthrough with you before we leave.

If financing is a factor, financing options are available through our finance partner — see Financing for details.

Storm, repair & specialty services

Not sure which service you need?

That's normal, and it's exactly what the free inspection is for. If you're dealing with a leak, start at Roof Leak Repair. If you just came through a storm, Storm Damage Resources walks through documentation and next steps. If the roof simply looks tired and you're not sure whether it needs a patch or a full system, schedule a free inspection and we'll tell you honestly which one it is. Commercial property managers should start with Commercial Roofing Resources for low-slope and steep-slope system details and maintenance program information.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work on both residential and commercial roofs?

Yes. Residential coverage includes shingle roof repair, replacement, inspections and the exteriors that go with a roof — gutters, siding, fascia and soffit. Commercial coverage includes low-slope systems like TPO, modified bitumen and built-up roofing, along with steep-slope commercial buildings and ongoing maintenance programs.

Can I get more than one service done at the same time?

Often, yes. A lot of projects combine a roof replacement with gutter or fascia work, since the crew is already on site and it's more efficient to handle it together. Mention everything you're considering when you schedule your inspection and we'll scope it as one project.

Do you serve areas outside your listed cities?

Our listed service areas are where we work most, but coverage extends across the wider Greater Houston region. Check the service area directory or call us directly to confirm your address.

Want the number before anyone visits?

Type your address and we'll measure the roof from aerial imagery — area, pitch and every facet — then price it at our published rate per square. About fifteen seconds, and we don't need your phone number to show you the number.
